Welcome to BBLoom ("the Website" or "the Platform"). The Site is operated by BBLoom LLC, incorporated in Delaware, USA ("we", "us", or "our").
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BBLoom, you ("the User", "the Member", or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (the "Agreement") and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions, you must not use the Website.
Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register as a Member and use the Site. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the Platform. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this strict minimum age requirement and will not use the Service for any illegal purpose.
Strict Prohibition of Prostitution, Escorting, and FOSTA-SESTA
BBLoom maintains a zero-tolerance policy against prostitution, escorting, human trafficking, or "compensated companionship." You may not use this Platform to promote, solicit, hire, or seek clients for any direct or indirect compensated sexual services. Any profile or message that suggests, demands, or agrees to a transactional or financial arrangement in exchange for intimacy or companionship services will be immediately and permanently blocked, without the right to any refund. We proactively and unconditionally cooperate with law enforcement authorities to comply with the US FOSTA-SESTA legislation and relevant international anti-trafficking laws.
Payments and Automatic Subscriptions
BBLoom operates under a "freemium" model with two types of profiles ("Attractive Users" and "Successful Users"). Registration and certain basic features are free, while full access requires a Premium Membership (paid subscription). Your monthly Premium subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle, at the same applicable cost, unless you cancel the subscription prior to the expiration date. You may cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time by accessing your Account Settings directly on the Platform.
Strict Refund Policy
Operating on a "freemium" basis, all users have the ability to evaluate the basic features for free before deciding to purchase a Premium plan. For this reason, all payments and purchases are FINAL, NON-RETURNABLE, AND NON-REFUNDABLE, with the sole exception of mandatory rights of withdrawal dictated by regional legislation (as indicated in our dedicated Cancellation Policy applicable in the European Union or certain US states).
User-Generated Content and Moderation
You are solely responsible for the information, photographs, and messages you publish or transmit. The posting of explicit content, graphic nudity, and pornography is strictly prohibited. We reserve the irrevocable right to moderate, block, remove content, and permanently ban any user who commits violations against this Agreement.
DMCA / Copyright Policy
If you believe that any material hosted on BBLoom infringes your copyright, you must submit a formal written notification to our designated agent via email: support@bbloom.com.
Limitation of Liability and Waivers (Section 230 CDA)
BBLoom functions solely as a technological provider and a venue for independent individuals to interact. We do not conduct routine criminal background checks and do not guarantee the veracity of the content presented in profiles. You assume all risks associated with contact (online or in-person) arising from the use of the Platform. Protected under laws such as Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (USA), BBLoom is not civilly or criminally liable for any interaction or act carried out by a user.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed, interpreted, and enforced under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, explicitly waiving any other forum. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that State.
